Arvigo Technique of Maya Abdominal Therapy®
The Arvigo® techniques were developed by Dr. Rosita Arvigo, DN. based on her apprenticeship with the Mayan healer Don Elijio Panti. These sacred techniques help to restore the body to its natural balance by correcting the position of organs particularly the uterus that have shifted and restricted flow of blood, lymph, nerve and chi energy. ​
​The initial 2 hour session includes medical intake, treatment & self care massage instruction for maximum benefits. Follow up appointments are 60 minutes.

Fertility Relaxation Techique
If you're trying to become pregnant this relaxing massage is designed for you. Fertility massage will help prepare your body and mind for pregnancy. Gentle gliding strokes are used to increase circulation, reduce inflammation, release adhesions, balance hormones, ease emotional tension and calm the nervous system. The many benefits of massage can assist a woman’s body and offer a natural means to increase fertility.

Fertility ​​Reiki
Reiki is a gentle hands-on healing modality offering balance to the energy fields surrounding and circulating within the body. In this non-invasive treatment the client remains clothed while the therapist places the hands on Chakras around the body. The session will include the use of crystals or chakra stones to activate the client’s natural healing process and restore physical and emotional well-being. ​

Fertility Yoga
Designed to support the mind body balance during your fertility journey. This class is the prefect gentle movement practice to nurture your body and settle your mind. Fertility yoga will support your journey and help you feel good in your body! Movements, postures, breathing techniques, visualization and deep relaxation are included. Fertility yoga offers relief of common aches, pains and stresses. A nurturing experience awaits you, you deserve it!

Sacred Womb Oil
Sacred Womb Oil is a custom formulated massage oil intended to deepen your connection to your sacred womb. This womb oil is a blend of Ylang Ylang, Orange and Geranium essential oils in organic sunflower seed oil. Ylang Ylang essential oil is used to activate the sacred womb space. Orange essential oil is used to uplift the mood. Geranium essential oil is used to balance and promote healing. Carnelian stones are placed in the blend to aid in fertility by bringing balance to the sacral chakra which is your energetic center of creation.
Apply 1/4 of a dropper to the palms & gently massage the womb & lower abdomen in a clockwise direction. This custom blend is a gentle 3% dilution however, please make sure to spot test prior to abdominal application to make sure your skin is not sensitive to the essential oils.
