Restorative Yoga is a powerful practice that can positively impact your physical, emotional and mental well-being. This practice is profound because it has a calming effect on the parasympathetic nervous system that is responsible for your ability to rejuvenate, heal, learn, create and feel refreshed. Restorative yoga is characterized by the use of cushions and other props that support your body as you surrender to gravity. BUT IT GETS EVEN BETTER! In this workshop you are treated to reiki (a form of energetic bodywork) and an aromatherapy technique called "raindrop" that will leave you feeling fully renewed and ready to take on the world. You'll carry the positive and magical effects of this workshop well into your work week.

Taking better care of ourselves can be key in preventing many health related issues that stem from un-managed stress. In this mini workshop we will discuss several wonderful and easy Self Care techniques which can be incredibly helpful in relieving and managing stress in a variety of situations.
