Yoga Foundations
If you are new to yoga or a beginner yoga student, this class is perfect for you! Yoga Foundations offers a slow, gentle, alignment based yoga experience. You will receive foundational instruction based on classical yoga, postural alignment, breath work, and guided meditation. You will gain a deeper understanding of how to move into and out of yoga poses safely and comfortably.
