I am so excited to launch this online aspect of Tree of Life Healing Arts! I am inspired to create a resource for holistic health, wellness, education and empowered natural living!

My goal is to build a collection of holistic wellness  resources, information and services. Find information on the benefits of benefits of massage, meditation, mindfulness, yoga, pranayama/breathing, Reiki, and more! Visit the blog catch up on my own personal wellness journey as I explore diet and nutrition,  Ayurveda,  local yoga events, workshops and mindful movement modalities. I will share recipes for detox plans, healthy meals, home-made body care products and essential oil tips. 

The holistic offerings will display my yoga classes, self care workshops, pre and postnatal classes for mommas and families as well as continuing education opportunities for Licensed Massage Therapists and other Healing Arts Practitioners!
